Appointments and cancellations
Please give at least 4 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
Frame and lens warranty
Frames carry a 12-month manufacturing warranty and lenses a 6-month coating warranty. Accidental damage, scratches from improper cleaning and normal wear are not covered.
Returns and remakes
Non-prescription items may be returned unused within 14 days with a receipt. Prescription lenses are custom-made and cannot be returned, but we remake free of charge if the glazing does not match the prescription supplied.
Adaptation period
Progressive and first-time prescriptions may need up to 14 days of adaptation. Come back for a free recheck within 30 days if the vision is uncomfortable.
Payments
Prices are in Kenyan Shillings and include VAT. Orders paid by M-Pesa are confirmed once the STK push is approved. Collection orders are held for 60 days.
